The following documents are forms used to register in CCS and on TNT.

| CCS Officiating | This document outlines the expectations that CCS sets for teams to maintain a minimum number of officials. The document also provides information on how participating will contribute toward the family commitment |

| Emergency Release Form | We ask members to provide information on medical conditions and contact information of participants |
| New Member Welcome Letter | This letter outlines the fee structure and activities of our team |
| Race Start Certification | In 2009 USA swimming had required all swimmers 10 years and younger, or who have less than one year of swimming experience, to be certified in being able to dive safely. The attached form is an example of documentation that can be used. |
| Royal Swimmer Award | This document provides an overview of the point structure for the Annual Royal Swimmer Award. |
| Swimmer Handbook | This handbook provides an overview of the Tulare TNT program by describing the focus of the program, as well as explaining the various training groups and the requirements associated with each. |
